I recently met a Glam chick at a WASP show, me and her have been getting along great! This is the first Glam girl i've ever met! Were kinda in a relationship, but as of now its more like friends with benefits. Glam people are so rare nowadays, it took me over a year to find one. So my question is, is your significant other also Glam? If so, how did you meet and is it working out?

The girl I'm currently chasing sings classically - she sang at the fucking Vatican, man! In the Classical scene, thats huge.

Basically, if we ever get together, you couldn't get further away from eachother!! Although we both like the most of the others music at least a bit, which is pretty cool.

    NO!! :x

She'll tolerate it sometimes by agreeing to go to a Glam show -- but RARELY. This year alone I've seen about 12 shows and she's gone with me TWICE! Both times she sat there with a long face... :?

One of her friends always wants to go, but even the two of us can't convince her to go! So we go without her or I go alone...

I endure endless nights at hip-hop, dance & Tejano( :!: ) clubs! And I don't sit there with a long face. I make the best of it, and enjoy being out. That's all I ask in return...That's fair isn't it?

In the car, glam only plays when I'm driving alone or with my daughter. With her, it's T.I., Lady GaGa, Lil Wayne, Britney Spears or Flo Rida... If we come across a Motley Crue song on the radio she'll leave it there(she knows you don't change the Crue!), but of course, she'll sit there with a long face...

My ex is a glam... Real one, but he was boring as hell. He could talk about the bands and brag, nothing else. Once I ended up with a chopper rider who is something between glam and... well-chopper rider. He was gorgeous. The rest are punk and rock... The guy I'm dating right now listens to death metal. :S

My nasty reputation takes me everywhere. :D

Had a few flings with rocker/glam girls. I was serious about shit but they weren't. Last girl I was in a real relationship was into 1960s and 1970s stuff. Grateful dead, lynyrd skynyrd, jefferson airplane , janis joplin, shit like that.. course she was 13 years older then I was

My boyfriend is a little. He likes WASP, Kiss and Skid Row. He'll tolerate a little Crue. But he abhors my love of Poison :p

He's much more into thrash and stuff *sigh*

But he's lovely :) And sometimes he lets me do his hair ;)

My x used to like glam but never really listened to it much while we were dating...

My new fun, cute and amazing "super-cool" girlfriend loves glam and is a true metalhead liking anything from Skid Row to Slayer so I know I am a lucky guy!

We have many interests and both play drums too :)

My ex was the one who got me into Glam. I used to not have any opinion on it and I was raised strictly rock n' roll, without the spandex. :(

Now I have an awesome guy who has so many interests similar to mine, including the glam and thrash parts.

    We're a drumming couple. ;)

Never met a glam girl to be honest, even my current girl friend isn't over keen on glam, she likes the odd bits but the large majority of the vinyls on my wall she has no interest in or thinks they look weird, to me i think it would be a dream come true to meet anyone who is into the same music as me, or even come up to me and say o wow that band top is amazing i love that band

The woman I'm sort of seeing isn't into rock at all. She likes country music. She comes over and will yell to turn that stereo down. I think we are only seeing each other for the convenance

I don't think it matters too much if your music tastes differ a little, then again if you like to enjoy a busy social life with your other half and you're not into the same thing, it can suck.
I met my boyfriend at a rock club, he was dressed as Slash and his mate had a Motley Crue tattoo which is how I got talking to them. He's not overly into glam, mainly guns/crue/aerosmith kinda stuff, but at least I've always got someone to go to a gig/club with who'll enjoy it as much as me :)
