There are so many that come to mind, it's going to be hard narrowing it down to 10... let alone 5! haha
    So I'll come up with 10 of my favorites (in no particular order);

    - Mili Matijevic (Steelheart)
    - David Coverdale (Whitesnake)
    - Paul Shortino (Rough Cutt/Quiet Riot)
    - Sebastian Bach (Skid Row)
    - Tom Keifer (Cinderella)
    - Don Dokken (Dokken)
    - C.J. Snare (Firehouse)
    - Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow/Yngwie Malmsteen/solo)
    - Drew Hannah (Wildside)
    - Ted Poley (Danger Danger)

    .....

Well no one can really compare to Matijevic so why bother naming 4 more?

Top five!? I only get five. OK in no particular order:
    1. Axl Rose
    2. Vince Neil
    3. Steven Tyler
    4. Ronnie James Dio
    5. Jason McMaster of Dangerous Toys
I'd also add a whole bunch more but some more special mentions are Doug Pinnick of King's X and of course Sebastian Bach of Skid Row.

I really dont understand how people can consider guys like Dee Snider, David Johansen, Blackie Lawless, and Kevin Dubrow to be good vocalists..

Yea,blackies rasp can get a lil annoying at times.the only guy that I can listen to with a rasp and never get sick of,is keifer.because of the fucking awesome sound of cinderella.totally timeless band.keifer isn't in my top 10,but he's definately my fave singer with a rasp.u could make a case of axl being raspy with his screeching screams, but I wouldn't characterize him as that.
