Here in Dallas, TX we are lucky enough to have one of the radio stations carrying Nikki Sixx's syndicated radio show called "Sixx Sense". It's great to hear the man on the radio Monday through Friday, playing new & classic tunes (it's always cool to hear him say, "...that was "Dr. Feelgood" from Motley Crue. Next we've got some Pink Floyd and Sevendust...")!
The man keeps it real! He recently talked about those pussy-'rockers' Kings of Leon walking off stage at a recent concert & leaving after playing 3 songs! The audience was pissed and chanted, "REFUND! REFUND!"
The reason they left? Pigeons in the rafters above the stage were shitting on them! 
(Personally I think the pigeons know shitty music when they hear it, and were simply offering their review of the band.)
Mr. Sixx's opinion? "There's no crying in rock n roll!" He then recalled a show with the Crue back in '84. In London the fans were in a (good)frenzy and throwing their drink cups at the stage.
During "Helter Skelter", Sixx remembers singing backup when a cup that someone "used to empty their bladder" hit him square in the face. "I didn't cry and walk off the stage! I spit out the piss that got in my mouth and rocked on! That's how you last in this business..."
That is why I worship the man.
