Mm, hard one...
Roxy had more classic albums (and spawned Eno's solo stuff), but Cockney had The Psychomodo, which Roxy couldn't comete with it their lives depended on it....
So, er, I have to go with Roxy, but just by a hair.

i go with Roxy because...i have to be in a certain mood to listen to Cockney Rebel...but on those days it would be very hard to pick.
